Strecno Castle Invitation

After Winter break medieval Strecno Castle in Povazie region has opened its gates again. March 15, 2009.

2010: The castle is open to public beginning April 1. Besides nice view over Povazie region with the Vah River the castle offers exhibitions about Zofia Bosniaskova, who was a wife of castle owner Vesselenyi in the 17th century. The second exhibition is devoted to history of Zilina region.
